The Swift Current Southwest Terminal Broncos earned a pair of tidy road wins over the Melville Millionaires in the South Sask U13 AA Hockey League this weekend.
Friday, the Broncos skated to a 3-0 win as Hudson Rijvers made 20 saves in his second shutout of the season. Jamie Kirwan and Carter Moen each registered a goal and an assist, while Kasey Gleim assisted on two goals. Kyler Duclos also scored, while Dane Irwin and Kyron Watson added assists.
Saturday, the Broncos followed up with a 7-1 win led by two goals and two assists apiece from Kadyn Olfert and Hunter Wilm. Gleim added a goal and an assist, while Jaxson Squires chipped in two assists. Kirwan and Taye Silbernagel also scored. Jake Hargrave, Moen, and Ryder Leshures added single assists. Cade Mitchell earned the win with 18 saves.
The Broncos finished the week with a 15-0-3 record. They will host the Weyburn Wings next weekend on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Sunday at 10:15 a.m. at Fairview East Arena.
