Kabos Broncos blowout Warriors

The Swift Current Kabos Broncos shutout the visiting Moose Jaw Warriors 6-0 in their second last regular season game Wednesday. They finished four-for-five on the power play and put the game away early with four first-period goals.

Cash Arntsen led the Broncos with two goals, while Reed Jacobson, Joe Arntsen, and Rhett Evjen each had a goal and an assist, and Hayden Wilm contributed two helpers. Ryan McCleary, Levi Lamotte, Riley Dekowny, Hendrik de Klerk, and Noah Wills all added single assists.

Justin Dueck earned the shutout as the Broncos outshot the Warriors 44-28. Dueck improved to 8-4-2 with his third shutout of the season.

The Bantam Broncos improved to 19-3-4 in the Saskatchewan AA Bantam Hockey League on the season. They will conclude the regular season against the South Division leading Yorktown Terriers (21-4-2) on Saturday at 5:15 p.m. at Fairview West Arena.
