The Swift Current Comp. Colts will host SHSAA 5A Provincials this weekend and will enter the eight-team tournament as league and Regional champions.
The Colts continued their strong season on Saturday with a pair of wins to top SHSAA 5A South Regionals in Yorkton.
The Colts opened the day with an 8-0 win over the Weyburn Eagles. Matthew Epp led the Colts with two goals, followed by singles from Zach Kielo, Dilan Vargas, Felix Danquah, Kieran Gelowitz, Carter Munro, and Mutip Mayyuf. Ethan Arnold and Jared Steinley shared the shutout.
They followed up with a 3-1 win over Yorkton Regional to win the Regional title. Epp, Munro, and Jaedyn Carefoot scored for the Colts.

The Colts will host SHSAA 5A Provincials this weekend. They will play a pair of games on Friday at Irwin or the SCCHS fields.
