The remains of two individuals were found in the debris of a trailer fire which occurred in the RM of Swift Current on Wednesday afternoon.
The R.M. of Swift Current Fire Department responded to a fire call just west of the city limits at 1:53 p.m. on February 27. When they arrived at the scene, two side by side mobile homes were fully engulfed in flames.
R.M. of Swift Current fire crews battled the blaze for a number of hours, assisted by the City of Swift Current Fire Department who shuttled water to the scene.
The incident remains under investigation and no cause for the fire has been determined.
