The Southwest CMX Impact will play in the Saskatchewan Junior Female Hockey League semi-final series for the first time.
The Impact defeated the Lumsden Lynx in both games to win their opening round series.
They won game one 2-1 in Gull Lake on Saturday. Dani Larson and Jordyn Cooper scored in the win. Ryleigh Carson made 14 saves on 15 shots for the Impact.
They closed out the series with a 6-2 victory in Lumsden on Sunday. Bryn Haubrich scored three power play goals in the win. Morgan Bailey, Amy Brown, and Brogan Carlson also scored. Carson made 25 saves in goal.
The Impact will face the first-place Regina Wild in the semi-final series.
