The Swift Current Pure Chem Broncos defeated the host Moose Jaw Warriors 5-2 on Thursday. They scored the first four goals of the game, including back-to-back shorthanded goals from Jack Tsougrianis and Waylan Peno.
Luke Mitchell finished with a goal and an assist, while Damon James registered three assists. Lincoln Green and Burke Hargrave also scored. Ty Gleim and Damien Girardin added assists. Dylan Wall earned the win with 22 saves.
The U15 AA Broncos improved to 10-10-1-1 to sit third in the South Division. They will return to league action on Feb. 7 when they host the Regina Aces at 5:15 p.m. at S3 West Arena.
