Shaunavon’s Kole Lind continues to search for a path to the National Hockey League.
Lind, 25, will join his third NHL organization after signing a one-year, two-way deal with the Dallas Stars on Monday.
Lind was originally drafted 33rd overall by the Vancouver Canucks in 2017. He has played a total of 31 NHL games and has two goals and six assists with the Canucks and Seattle Kraken.
Lind was tied for fifth in American Hockey League scoring last season with 65 points with Coachella Valley. The 6’1’’ forward added five goals and six assists in 18 games as the Firebirds played in the Calder Cup Finals for a second straight season.
