The 16U Elite Sundogs were in Billings, MT competing at the 2024 Big Sky Volleyfest on May 4-5. There were 28 teams in seven pools and the girls won, going undefeated.
They earned round robin wins over Black Hills 16 Jenna (NO) (25-16, 25-22), Mountain1 16-1 Natalie (25-21, 25-23), and Monchina 16-2 Shepherd (25-22, 25-19)
They opened the playoffs on Sunday with a three-set win over Douglas Storm:16 (23-25, 25-14, 15-6) and then Empire 15-1 (25-15, 25-14). They earned close wins over Black Hills B16 Green (26-24, 25-23) in the championship match..
