Swift Current Municipal RCMP are requesting assistance in locating Lane Anthony PURVES (Date of birth February 6, 1996) of Swift Current. Purves is described as 6 feet tall, 195 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Purves has tattoos on both arms, neck and left hand. Purves is known to frequent Swift Current, Moose Jaw, Assiniboia, and Maple Creek. Purves may currently be in the Swift Current area, but this is not confirmed. Purves’ photograph is shown.
Multiple Warrants for arrest for Purves have been issued on the following charges:
• Theft of Motor Vehicle, Section 333.1 (1) of the Criminal Code;
• Break and Enter, Section 348 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code;
• Mischief causing damage, Section 430 (4) of the Criminal Code;
• Assault Police Officer, Section 270 (2) of the Criminal Code;
• Resist Arrest, Section 129 (a) of the Criminal Code;
• Theft Under $5,000, Section 334 (b) of the Criminal Code;
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Section 354 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code;
• Fail to comply with a release order, Section 145 (5) (a) of the Criminal Code;
• Fail to attend court, Section 145 (4) (b) of the Criminal Code;
• Fail to attend for the purposes of Identification of Criminal Act, Section 145 (4) (b) of the Criminal Code.
