The Swift Current Municipal RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in finding the person(s) responsible for the theft of a number of firearms during a break and enter in Swift Current.
RCMP report that sometime between 2 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, a residence in the 200 block of 6th Ave. N.E. in Swift Current was broken into. Once inside the culprit(s) broke into a gun safe and took a number of firearms, including long guns and restricted firearms. An unknown amount of ammunition, as well as some electronic equipment, was also taken during the break and enter.
