Locals take checkered flags at soapbox races

A Father’s Day tradition continued in Swift Current on Sunday when cars and drivers raced down Central Avenue during the Swift Current Soapbox Racing Association’s annual Father’s Day Soapbox Race.

The racing included 17 local racers and six from Moose Jaw.
