The Swift Current Bantam Steelers football team was in Weyburn on Saturday for their first game of the regular season.
The Steelers earned a hard-fought 7-7 tie with Colton Leahy scoring the lone touchdown as the defense held the Falcons to one major.
The Steelers are on the road Friday to visit the Moose Jaw Razorbacks. The Steelers will host the Razorbacks on September 14 for the “Under the Lights” home opener at 7 p.m. at the Swift Current Comprehensive High School.
