The Swift Current Ice Wolves capped a dominating season with a league championship. The Ice Wolves defeated the Swift Current Mavericks 6-1 to become the first Swift Current team to win the U11 South Saskatchewan Hockey League since the 2009-10 season.
Reef Wagner led the Ice Wolves with two goals and two assists. Liam Piche and Hudson Gates both registered a goal and an assist. Jase Neuman and Holden Duckworth also scored. Emerson Grainger and Colby Larson added assists. Mason Piche earned the win in goal. Korbin Wall replied with the lone goal for the Mavericks.
The Ice Wolves finished the season 23-1 in league play and skated to a 40-1-0-1 record overall.
