The Southwest Sports Excellence 15UM Elite SunDogs won the Medicine Hat Exhibition Tournament with four wins and one loss over the weekend.
Competing against a mix of 15U and 16U Teams, the SunDogs opened the round robin with a win over 15U LVC White, but fell short against the 16U SEAVC team.
The SunDogs rebounded in the playoffs, defeating 15U SEAVC and then adding a two-set win over 16U LVC. They defeated 16U SEAVC in the final in two sets to win gold.
The 15UM Elite SunDogs will compete in Sask Cup 1 in Regina on Jan 31 – March 2.
