The Swift Current Broncos won their third straight game on Saturday with a 4-3 shootout victory over the host Brandon Wheat Kings.
Brady Birnie and Ty Coupland both scored in the shootout, while Joey Rocha stopped three of four Brandon shooters.
Rocha made 32 saves on 35 shots over 64:54 of action to improve to 2-0-0-0 on the season.
Rylan Gould, Luke Mistelbacher, and Grayson Burzynski all scored for the Broncos, who improved to 3-3-0-0 after losing their first there games of the season.
Carter Klippenstein, Roger McQueen, and Caleb Hadland replied for the Wheat Kings, who fell to 4-1-0-1.
The Broncos will host the Calgary Hitmen on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the InnovationPlex.
