The Junior SunDogs 14UW Selects won six of eight matches at Sask Cup #1 in Saskatoon to place 15th.
They won their first four matches on Saturday with wins over the Estevan Extreme (25-13, 25-22), Saskatoon JCVC Heat (25-9, 25-15), Warman CVVC Wildcats (25-27, 26-24, 15-9), and the Moose Jaw TCVC Thunder (28-26, 25-14). They closed out the day with a loss to Lanigan VC (24-26, 10-25).
Sunday, the SunDogs lost their opening match to Rustlers Gold in three sets (25-18, 26-28, 7-15). They closed out the weekend with three-set wins over the Weyburn Surge (25-14, 28-30, 15-4) and Wolfpack Blue (19-25, 25-23, 16-14).
