The Sandhills Boxing Club hosted the third annual Layne Langridge Memorial in Leader on March 24.
The card began with four fun box matches in the 10 and Under and 12 and Under divisions.
The first competitive bout featured boxers from Regina and Medicine Hat as the 15-year-old boxers, Connor (69 kg) and Stefan (66 kg), won bout of the night honours.
Lloydminster’s Emile Smith (76 kg) defeated Swift Current Jessie Kitchen (81kg) for the provincial championship.
Sandhills boxer Deryk Moline (72 kg) added a win over Regina’s Ryan Niwa (67 kg).
The main event featured Darcy Seser (91 kg) with a win over Swift Current’s Dustin Auseth (91 kg).
